If you've purchased an unopened bottle and decide it's not for you, we're happy to exchange it within 14 days of purchase. Simply bring the bottle back to our Reykjavík shop or contact us about a local delivery return.
We'll help you find a different bottle that better matches your taste. Whether you want to explore another region, try a different style, or swap based on our tasting notes—our team is here to guide you toward something you'll love.
Once a bottle has been opened, we're unable to accept returns. We encourage you to check our detailed tasting notes and pairing suggestions on each product page before purchasing, so you can feel confident in your selection.
If your bottle arrives damaged during local delivery, we'll replace it at no cost. Let us know within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll get a fresh bottle to you right away.
